Day 113, Manaus, Amazonia

The jungle hardly had wifi so posts are trickling in, sorry.

We had the most exciting last day here at the jungle lodge. First another bow and arrow practice with real Waimiri-Atroari Indian’s weapons and a competition to see who scores the most point( I won this time) after lunch, we toured through the Archipelago in search of the pink and Grey dolphins. (Hard to capture on camera) The pink dolphins are endemic to South America. Lots of information on the dolphins a bit later. Finally we did the night spotting by boat and this is where the story gets good. We spotted sloths, snakes and caimans. We were silently watching the caiman when it all of a sudden jumped almost into the boat, and our guide with the jolt and all of us screaming fell into the water!!!😳😳😳 luckily he was not hurt or bitten, only soaked🐊 ( all of that I recorded on my phone!) wifi too slow to upload, but will try when we get into the city tomorrow.
