Day 81, Estancia, Argentina. 

Beautiful day, riding horses, picking more fruits and an Asado lunch gaucho style before returning back to the city. What a wonderful way to see the countryside of this great country. Asados is used in the same way as the English word “barbecue”,both for a range of barbecue technique and the social event of having or attending a barbecue in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, usually consisting of beef, sausages, and other meats cooked on a grill( called a Parilla) on an open fire!
