Day 58, Santiago,Chile

Arrived to a breathtaking view of snow capped mountains and the shining sun. Unfortunately our bags didn’t arrive with us( the plane was overweight and left all passenger bags in La Paz😱). That’s why you always pack extra clothes, pj’s and essentials in you carry on!!! We are welcomed by a beautiful familiar face my friend Mica Kaufmann in her lovely home with her family and her 2 wild condors that visit her home daily for a meal😳 I get to go to the Mercedes Fashion week in the evening ( hosted by Kauffman and Mercedes Benz) to see the hottest designers from Chile, so fun and my all black outfit from my carry on worked out just fine.

Santiago de Chile, or simply Santiago, is the capital and largest city of Chile as well as one of the largest cities in the Americas. It is the center of Chile’s largest and the most densely populated conurbation. The city is entirely located in the country’s central valley, at an elevation of 520 m (1,706 ft) above sea level. It is near the Epicenter and has many small tremors daily, the last big earthquake was on  Sep 17, 2015 · A 8.3🙏
