Take two on trying to get to Bolivia. Thank you Air Panama for being 3 hours late from bocas yesterday, so we missed our connection last night.  Headed again to the airport with a longer layover in Bogota( 9 hour layover any suggestions??) arriving at la Paz early 3.20am😱they might not be smiling by then!!
