Packed day visiting Hol Chan marine reserve filled with color and acquatic life, sting rays, eels and reef sharks. Then shark alley filled with nurse shark that swam all around us. Finally, chocolate making class. Did you know the Mayans traded 3 beans for one egg and 100 beans for a live turkey!!  Most belizian cocoa trees are organic and free trade owed by small farmers. Each region has its own particular taste ( citrus, woody, fruity or earthy). YUM more please🙏
